Starting as a humble coffee truck, the brand is dedicated to the "From Seed to Cup" philosophy. Expertly roasted by the champion team at REC COFFEE in Fukuoka, Japan. Part of the "FROM FARM TO YOU" series by young Colombian producers, these specialty whole coffee beans undergo an innovative Anaerobic Natural process. This Medium Roast delivers an incredibly complex cup, featuring the rich sweetness of cacao and chocolate liqueur, layered with the ripe fruitiness of dark cherry. As the coffee cools, a bright citrus acidity emerges. Sold exclusively as whole beans to lock in maximum freshness, allowing you to enjoy a barista-level cup at home.
