  We highly recommend using them together within the Natures for line. Pairing with Clear Serum (essence) sustains the "humectant" effect, retaining moisture and elasticity. Pairing with Balance Milk (emulsion) sustains the "emollient" effect, preventing moisture evaporation and keeping the skin soft, leading to an overall healthier complexion.
• The color of the lotion changed halfway through use. Is this normal?
  The organic loofah water from neo natural's own farm is extremely rich in amino acids and other beauty ingredients, which may naturally cause the color to change over time. This does not affect the quality, so please continue to use it with confidence.
• The scent seems slightly different.
  Because the product is made from natural ingredients, the color and scent may vary slightly between batches due to the harvest time of the plants or change naturally over time. This does not affect product quality.
• There are crystals at the bottom of the bottle / I feel a gritty texture when applying it to my skin.
  If stored at low temperatures, natural plant-derived ingredients may crystallize. This is simply the precipitation of Sodium Levulinate and Sodium Anisate, which are completely harmless to the skin. Please avoid storing it in the refrigerator or cold places; keep it at room temperature. If mild crystallization occurs, return it to room temperature and gently shake the bottle daily before use to help the crystals dissolve.
