• When is the best time to use it?
  There is no strict rule, but we recommend using it at the very end of your skincare routine (e.g., Lotion ➔ Emulsion ➔ Serum ➔ Cinque Power Mask). Because its penetration is excellent, if you also use a face oil, we recommend applying this mask before the oil. However, since both are oil-rich products, if applying to the entire face, please adjust the amounts accordingly or alternate using them depending on the season.
• Will the cream stain my face?
  The red pigment is a natural beauty ingredient and will blend into the skin over time. If you apply a thick layer, some tint may remain. If you are worried about staining your bedding before sleep, gently wipe off the excess with a cotton pad soaked in lotion.
• How long does a 20ml tube last?
  It depends on your usage amount and whether you use it morning and night. Generally, it lasts for about 100 uses if applied to the whole face, or about 166 uses if used for spot care (around the eyes and mouth).
• The cream has become grainy/rough. Is it safe to use?
  It is shipped in a smooth state, but due to temperature changes during transit or storage, it may melt and then solidify slowly, causing a grainy texture. It is completely safe to use as is, and the quality is unaffected. If the texture bothers you, you can restore its smoothness by gently melting it in a warm water bath and then rapidly cooling it in the refrigerator. Please do this quickly and avoid overheating to prevent altering the natural color and scent.
• The color of the cream looks a bit faded/whitish?
  Because it is made with natural ingredients, the orange-red tint may naturally fade over time. This does not affect the quality, and its effectiveness remains exactly the same.
